Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż, dostawa i uruchomienie urządzeń oraz sprzętu do rehabilitacji w zakresie niżej wymienionych zadań: Zadanie 1. Urządzenie z oporem elastycznym do rehabilitacji przedramienia i nadgarstka ze stacją terapeutyczną i osprzętem – 1 kpl. Zadanie 2. Zestaw do ogrzewania i przechowywania masy fango – 1 kpl. Zadanie 3. Medyczny ergometr rowerowy z siedziskiem – 2 szt. Zadanie 4. Medyczny ergometr rowerowy – 1 szt. Zadanie 5. Robot do suchego hydromasażu – 1 szt. Zadanie 6. Laser – 1 szt. Zadanie 7. Aparat do terapii uciskowej – 1 szt. Zadanie 8. Aparat do terapii polem magnetycznym niskiej częstotliwości z wyposażeniem – 1 szt. Zadanie 9. USG przenośne – 1 kpl. a także przeszkolenie personelu użytkownika w zakresie obsługi przedmiotu zamówienia i przeszkolenie personelu technicznego w zakresie konserwacji i podstawowych przeglądów technicznych przedmiotu zamówienia. Zamówienie stanowi realizację zadania w ramach projektu „Wsparcie Zakładu Rehabilitacji poprzez doposażenie w celu poprawy dostępu do świadczeń opieki ambulatoryjnej w zakresie rehabilitacji", współfinansowanego z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego na podstawie Umowy nr UM_WR.431.3.346.2025. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. Zamawiający wówczas będzie mógł unieważnić postępowanie na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych.
