1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rewitalizacja Koszalińskiej Kolei Wąskotorowej, realizowana częściowo w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj, z wykorzystaniem prawa opcji, zgodnie z programem funkcjonalno-użytkowym (PFU) oraz dokumentacją projektową. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej obejmującej aktualizację i uzupełnienie dokumentacji projektowej opracowanej w 2016 r. – projekt budowlany, projekt techniczny i wykonawczy, decyzje administracyjne w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji i użytkowania przedmiotu umowy (pozyskanie nowych decyzji lub postanowień lub zmianę aktualnych), specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych (STWiORB), przedmiary robót, sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego oraz wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na rewitalizacji Koszalińskiej Kolei Wąskotorowej, na podstawie wykonanej dokumentacji projektowej. 2.
