Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa szaf formalinowych, szaf na bloczki histopatologiczne oraz szaf na preparaty histopatologiczne. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 – Szafy formalinowe Część 2 – Szafy do przechowywania bloków i preparatów histopatologicznych Wyszczególnienie ilościowe przedmiotu zamówienia określono w formularzu ofertowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej w treści: SWZ). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wskazano w Zestawieniu Parametrów Technicznych stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia jest dofinansowany w ramach inwestycji „Utworzenie Centrum Spersonalizowanej Diagnostyki i Terapii Onkologicznej” na podstawie zawartej z Ministerstwem Zdrowia umowy nr DOI/FM/SIS/ONKO/2026/260/185 z Funduszu Medycznego – Subfunduszu Infrastruktury Strategicznej.
