Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa wykonywania pogwarancyjnych przeglądów technicznych, diagnostyk i napraw wirówek w Terenowych Stacjach i Zespole Medycznym w Wojskowym Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa SPZOZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis usługi będącej przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania zawiera „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do Projektu umowy stanowiącego załącznik numer 11 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.
