Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f i 4g do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 – Wózek anestezjologiczny (4 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a do SWZ; Część 2 – Lampa do crosslinkingu (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4b do SWZ; Część 3 – Perymetr (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4c do SWZ; Część 4 – Zamrażarka niskotemperaturowa (2 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4d do SWZ; Część 5 – Zamrażarka laboratoryjna typ 1 (1 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4e do SWZ; Część 6 – Chłodziarka laboratoryjna (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4f do SWZ; Część 7 – Zamrażarka laboratoryjna typ 2 (1 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4g do SWZ; 3.
