Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy produktów farmaceutycznych do Apteki Zakładowej Aresztu Śledczego w Gdańsku, z podziałem na 9 części, w asortymencie i w ilościach szacunkowych wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do specyfikacji, który stanowi jednocześnie formularz do sporządzenia oferty. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej zgodnie z Obwieszczeniem Prezesa Urzędu Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych z dnia 16 grudnia 2025 r. w sprawie ogłoszenia Urzędowego Wykazu Produktów Leczniczych Dopuszczonych do Obrotu na Terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (Dz. Urz. MZ z 2025 poz. 98) oraz spełniać warunki Ustawy o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1620)
