Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym, w zakresie przyjmowania, przemieszczania i doręczania przesyłek pocztowych oraz paczek i ich ewentualny zwrot dla Urzędu Miejskiego w Starachowicach, na zasadach określonych w powszechnie obowiązujących przepisach prawa, w szczególności w ustawie z dnia 23 listopada 2021 r., - Prawo pocztowe (Dz.U.2026.558 t.j.). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy, w rozumieniu art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy, osób wykonujących wskazane czynności związane z realizacją zamówienia tj. - podpisania umowy, - działalnością operacyjną (bezpośredni odbiór i dostarczanie przesyłek pocztowych w związku z realizacją przedmiotowego zamówienia).
