Radiowej 2 w Warszawie (kod CPV: 39522530-1). Przedmiot zamówienia wyszczególniono w „Formularzu Cenowym/Ofercie Wykonawcy” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Wykonawca biorący udział w postępowaniu musi spełniać warunki określone w Rozdziałach V i VII SWZ. 3. Zamawiający w załączniku nr 10 do SWZ zawarł „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje wizji lokalnej, pełna dokumentacja została zamieszczona w załącznikach do SWZ.
