Le marché relève des services sociaux et autres services spécifiques. Son objet principal est constitué de prestations de formation (CPV principal : 80500000-9). La présente consultation est donc lancée selon la procédure adaptée définie aux articles R2123-1 à R2123-4 à 6 du Code de la Commande Publique.
