L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent appel d'offre a pour objet l'acquisition, via des bons de commande, de bacs poubelles utilisés dans le cadre de la collecte des déchets ménagers (dits OMR. OMR = Ordures Ménagères Résiduelles), recyclables (PS = Propres et Secs) et Déchets Fermentescibles en porte à porte mécanisée. L'objectif est d'assurer un service de collecte conforme à la réglementation en vigueur, sécurisé pour les agents, durable et adapté aux contraintes du territoire. Le SMICVAL se doit d'assurer le renouvellement des contenants et de doter les nouveaux arrivants
