Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire et de deux accords-cadres multi-attributaires sans minimum mais avec maximum, exécutés par émission de bons de commande, suivant la définition des articles R2162-2, R2162-3, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les maximums sont fixés à 400 000 euro(s) HT par période uniquement pour le lot 1 qui sera mono-attributaire. Le maximum pour les lots 2 et 3 est fixé à 1 000 000 euro(s) HT par période et par lot, qui seront multi-attributaires. Le Département de la Sarthe, dans un souci de promotion de l'emploi et de lutte contre l'exclusion, a décidé de faire application des dispositions des articles L. 2112-2 du Code de la Commande publique en incluant dans le cahier des charges de ce marché une clause obligatoire de promotion de l'emploi.
