Arten-Monitoring nach Artikel 11 und 17 der FFH-Richtlinie in Sachsen-Anhalt: Untersuchung der Mopsfledermaus und Bechsteinfledermaus - Monitoring von Wochenstuben und deren Umfeld im Rahmen des Bundesmonitorings 2027 und 2028 LOS 1 - Monitoringgebiete FFH0025, FFH0028, FFH0041, FFH0287 LOS 2 - Monitoringgebiete FFH0042, FFH0045, FFH0047 LOS 3 - Monitoringgebiete FFH0203, FFH0084 und Osterholz bei Langenstein 1 Ziel der Leistung Ziel der Leistung ist die Durchführung eines Durchgangs der Untersuchungen an Wochen-stuben und deren Umfeld im Rahmen des Bundesmonitorings der Mopsfledermaus (Barbastella barbastellus) und der Bechsteinfledermaus (Myotis bechsteinii) in Sachsen-Anhalt als Grundlage für die Einschätzung ihres Erhaltungszustandes gemäß FFH-Richtlinie. Hierzu sind die entsprechenden Daten im Gelände zu erheben und nach einheitlichen Kriterien auszuwerten. 2 Leistungsumfang 2.1 Allgemeines Die methodischen Vorgaben für die Datenerhebung und -auswertung basieren auf den Vorgaben für das bundesweite Monitoring (BfN & BLAK 2017). Die dort getroffenen Vorgaben sind einzuhalten. Abweichungen sind ausschließlich aus zwingenden fachlichen Gründen und nur im Einvernehmen mit dem Auftraggeber (AG) möglich. Die Auswahl der Monitoringgebiete erfolgt nach den Vorgaben des landesweiten Monitoringkonzeptes für FFH-Tierarten in Sachsen-Anhalt (https://www.tierartenmonitoring-sachsen-anhalt.de), den Vorgaben des BfN & BLAK (2017) und einer fachlichen Anpassung seitens des AG (Ziffer 2.2). Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst das Monitoring der Wochenstuben und des Jagdgebietes in ihrem Umfeld im Jahr 2027 und 2028, wobei für die Geländearbeiten das Jahr 2027 vorbehalten ist, während in 2028 nur die Berichtserstellung erfolgt.
