Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena beabsichtigt für Ihre wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit die Anschaffung eines spektral aufgelösten Zeilendetektors im Infrarot-Bereich von 1050-2200 nm für die Charakterisierung von Photolumineszenzeigenschaften. Der Detektor muss im angegebenen Wellenlängenbereich sensitiv sein und eine Auflösung von mindestens 0.2 nm erreichen. Folgenden Komponenten und technischen Leistungsparameter müssen mindestens enthalten bzw. erfüllt sein, siehe Anlage 2.
