1.Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy czujników ICP typu BOLT, tunelowych i dokomorowych opisanych w Formularzu cenowo – asortymentowym wraz z: 1) użyczeniem trzech modułów – interfejsów współpracujących z monitorami ciśnienia wewnątrzczaszkowego firmy Codman ICP Expres posiadanych przez Zamawiającego, opisanych w Formularzu cenowo - asortymentowym , 2) zabezpieczeniem przedmiotu umowy poprzez złożenie depozytu czujników ICP po zawarciu umowy, 3) dwukrotnego przeszkolenia pracowników Zamawiającego z prawidłowego stosowania czujników w terminie 14 dni od dnia zgłoszenia potrzeby szkolenia.
