Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wraz z dostawą i wniesieniem materiałów i artykułów biurowych dla jednostek garnizonu śląskiego Policji. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (minimalne parametry, minimalny okres gwarancji oraz szacowane ilości) znajduje się w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - formularz cenowy wraz z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia. Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia na podstawie art. 257 ustawy, jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. Rozliczanie następować będzie na podstawie faktycznie zrealizowanych dostaw sukcesywnych zgodnie z potrzebami Zamawiającego, według zaoferowanych cen jednostkowych brutto, z zastrzeżeniem § 7 projektowanych postanowieniach umowy.
