Procurement – purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the FTZ: 1) The estimated electricity demand in the period from the entry into force of the contract to 31.12.2028 is 3 207 621 kWh. Due to the fact that from 01.09.2026 the sale of energy will be carried out by the reserve seller, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to notify the change of the seller as soon as possible, i.e. after signing the contracts for the sale of electricity and correct verification of the process by the DSO. For the purposes of estimating the estimated value of the contract and the estimated electricity consumption in kWh, the Contracting Authority took the period from 01.11.2026 to 31.12.2028.
