1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sukcesywna dostawa drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego na potrzeby Jednostek Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu. 2. Krótki opis przedmiotu zamówienia: Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, by oferowane produkty spełniały wymogi zawarte w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym – Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i były dopuszczone do obrotu na terytorium Polski. W przypadku przywołania nazw własnych w opisie drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ, zgodnie z art. 99 ust. 5 i 6 Pzp, Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie produktów równoważnych. Przez produkt równoważny do wskazanego w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ, Zamawiający rozumie produkt, zgodny z opisem podanym w kolumnie "Nazwa" Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ do SWZ i o parametrach nie gorszych niż dla produktu referencyjnego, spełniające co najmniej wszystkie wymagane parametry techniczne, funkcjonalne i jakościowe określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia.
