Fryderyka Chopina w Rzeszowie : 2. Zakres czynności obsługi serwisowej aparatury medycznej przedstawiono w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia dla Części nr 1 i 2 (Załączniki nr 2 do SWZ) oraz w Formularzach cenowo-ofertowych dla Części nr 1 i 2 (Załączniki nr 1 do SWZ), będącymi integralną częścią SWZ. 3. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usług na w/w przedmioty zamówienia na okres 24 miesięcy. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. 5. Kat. CPC: 1. 6. TERMIN WYKONANIA ZAMÓWIENIA: Termin realizacji zamówienia: przez 24 miesiące, licząc od daty zawarcia umowy.
