Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Zembrzyce, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz z nieruchomości na których znajdują się domki letniskowe lub inne nieruchomości wykorzystywane na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe. Ponadto Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wyposażenia Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w kontenery i niezbędne pojemniki do zbierania odpadów komunalnych oraz do odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów pochodzących z PSZOK. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ.
