1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: DOSTAWA AKCESORIÓW DO SPRZĘTÓW MEDYCZNYCH DLA UNIWERSYTECKIEGO SZPITALA KLINICZNEGO W RADOMSKU. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został określony w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ – Formularz asortymentowo cenowy. Wymagane jest spełnienie wszystkich warunków zapisanych w formularzu asortymentowo – cenowym. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone we wzorze umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 14 części/zadań. 4. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. 5.
