Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oleju opałowego lekkiego dla jednostek organizacyjnych Powiatu Lubelskiego, na potrzeby eksploatacji budynków, lokali i obiektów użytkowych.Olej opałowy powinien spełniać wymagania Polskiej Normy PN-C-96024 w zakresie oleju opałowego lekkiego (gatunek L-1) lub równoważnej oraz właściwości jakościowe nie gorsze niż: - gęstość w temp. 15 °C — max. 860 kg/m3, - wartość opałowa – min. 42,6 MJ/kg, - temperatura płynięcia – max. -20 °C, - temperatura zapłonu – min. 56 °C, - zawartość siarki – max. 0,1 %(m/m), - zawartość wody – maks. 200 mg/kg, - zawartość zanieczyszczeń stałych – maks. 24 mg/kg.
