3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa dot. zimowego utrzymania dróg i placów na terenie Gminy Skała – w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027 r., obejmująca drogi gminne i wewnętrz-ne oraz place gminne, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 4 do SWZ. W ramach usługi Wykonaw-ca w szczególności zobowiązany jest zapewnić materiał do zapobiegania i likwidacji śli-skości zimowej, określoną liczbę jednostek sprzętu, bazę magazynową wraz ze stałym dyżurem sprzętu i dyspozytora jednostek sprzętowych. 3.2. Przedmiot zamówienia dzieli się na dwie części 3.3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną lub dwie części zamówienia. Zamówienie może zostać udzielone temu samemu wykonawcy na jedną lub dwie części zamówienia.
