Zamawiający udziela zamówienia w częściach, gdzie każda z części stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania: Część II: dostawa i montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych wraz z dostawą i podłączeniem magazynu energii w siedzibie Zamawiającego przy ul. Oleskiej 125. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania Zamawiającego dotyczące realizacji opisane zostały w: 1) dokumentacji projektowej stanowiącej załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, wykonanej przez: AMM Investments Sp. z o.o., ul. Domaniewska 17/19/133, 02-663 Warszawa, która obejmuje: a) projekt wykonawczy; b) specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych c) przedmiar robót – stanowiący jedynie element pomocniczy, przy wycenie oferty i realizacji zamówienia 2) projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
