Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych: 1) niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych, papieru, tworzyw sztucznych, odpadów opakowaniowych wielomateriałowych, metali, szkła, bioodpadów, odpadów żużli i popiołów z budynków ogrzewanych paliwem stałym, 2) przeterminowanych leków z aptek,3) mebli i innych odpadów wielkogabarytowych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 1 i 3 od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy. 3.Szacunkowa ilość odpadów komunalnych przeznaczona do odbioru i zagospodarowania w okresie realizacji zamówienia (gwarantowana , zakres podstawowy) 12.707,70 Mg
