… subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the FTZ-OPZ. 4. The type (assortment) and quantity of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Price form. 5. The subject-matter of the contract offered must meet the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the GIP. 6. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2a and 2b to the FTZ. 7. In order to confirm that the assortment offered for delivery meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the tender must be accompanied by the evidence in question in accordance with Chapter IV of the FTZ (including submitting the Product Catalogue Card with the tender and completing and submitting the DECLARATION OF THE CONTRACTOR constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ). The contracting authority provides for the above-mentioned means of proof to be supplemented in accordance with Article 107(2). 9.
