1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu i wyposażenia ambulatoryjnej opieki specjalistycznej w tym: dostawa mebli medycznych dla poradni. 2.Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany jest w ramach naboru nr FENX.06.01-IP.03.-001/26 – Program Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko na lata 2021 – 2027. 3.Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku do SWZ tj. w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, zwanym dalej Opisem wymaganych parametrów technicznych lub „OWPT”, który stanowi jej integralną część. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 5. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych. 6. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. 7. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Przedmiot Zamówienia spełniał zasadę DNSH oraz spełniał warunki wskazane w SWZ. 8. Zamawiający informuje, że na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Pzp może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia nie zostały mu przyznane.
