1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa w formie leasingu operacyjnego z opcją wykupu fabrycznie nowego pojazdu (śmieciarki) do odbioru odpadów komunalnych z zabudową dwukomorową 2. Umowa leasingu operacyjnego może zostać zawarta na standardowym wzorze umowy stosowanej przez Wykonawcę, z zastrzeżeniem następujących postanowień wpisanych w treść umowy lub dołączonych w formie aneksu do umowy: a) okres leasingu 5 lat - 60 równych rat leasingowych, licząc od daty przekazania Zamawiającemu pojazdu do używania, b) wstępna opłata – 40 % wartości brutto pojazdu; c) opcja wykupu pojazdu za 10 % wartości początkowej brutto pojazdu, pod warunkiem spłacenia wszelkich należności wynikających z umowy leasingu; d) raty leasingowe o stałym niezmiennym oprocentowaniu w trakcie trwania umowy leasingowej, płatne raz w miesiącu na podstawie wystawionych faktur;
