Journal of Laws of 2026, item 214) and the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by Resolution No LXXXI/1191/24 of the Małopolska Provincial Assembly of 25 March 2024 on amending Resolution No XI/125/03 of the Małopolska Provincial Assembly of 25 August 2003 on the Małopolska Provincial Waste Management Plan for 2023-2028, as well as in accordance with the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Commune and the current Resolution of the Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Commune Council on specifying the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection, which constitute Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 2. The scope of the contract also includes the provision of waste collection facilities: containers and bags, which will be placed at the waste collection points indicated by the Ordering Party or handed over to the owners of the property, by the Contractor. The scope of the contract also includes the organization of a Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, its service and collection of waste from it. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, basic requirements and data related to the execution of the order - includes Annex No. 10 to the FTZ. 4. Formal requirements related to the performance of the subject-matter of the contract:1)The contracting authority requires that all vehicles used for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are equipped with monitoring devices enabling automatic recording in non-volatile memory of working time, current location and the route travelled of vehicles with the actual, clearly demonstrated performance of activities (loading of waste, unloading of waste). The data memory shall be stored and readable for a minimum period of 1 year, and the reading of the data shall not erase the contents of the memory of the monitoring device; 2) The Contractor is obliged to have a system for monitoring the work of the equipment, including: a) current tracking of the position of vehicles based on the use of the GPS system and communicating with them at any time in order to read the above-mentioned data. The data memory should be stored and readable for a minimum period of 1 year, while reading the data must not result in erasing the memory content of the monitoring device, b) mapping the current position and route of the vehicle on the digital map of the Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce commune, with accuracy allowing for unambiguous determination of the place (address) of work, c) reproducing and analyzing the "history" of equipment work from the contract implementation period and conducting its settlement on the basis of data read from equipment monitoring devices, d) equipping all vehicles using
