Szczegółowe warunki realizacji i rozliczania przedmiotu zamówienia określone są we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ. Z uwagi na wykorzystywane przez Zamawiającego oprogramowanie zakazuje się jakiejkolwiek ingerencji w formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. Zamawiający prosi aby Formularze asortymentowo-cenowy zostały złożone wraz z ofertą w formacie w formacie .xls, .xlsx lub innym formacie arkusza kalkulacyjnego. Nie dopuszcza się zmian poprzez dodanie kolumn, usunięcie kolumn, usunięcia arkuszy poszczególnych części i inne.
