1. Przedmiot postępowania realizowany jest w ramach dotacji celowej Ministerstwa Zdrowia na realizację zadania pn. „Dofinansowanie zakupu aparatu do krążenia pozaustrojowego (urządzenia płuco – serce) z wyposażeniem” w ramach Narodowego Programu Chorób Układu Krążenia na lata 2022 – 2032. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatu do krążenia pozaustrojowego (urządzenia płuco – serce) z wyposażeniem o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 3. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje: Aparat do krążenia pozaustrojowego (urządzenie płuco – serce) z wyposażeniem (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ; 4. Wymieniony wyżej sprzęt musi spełniać warunki graniczne określone w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z warunków granicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
