Het nieuwe Contact Center Platform dient: • De continuïteit van de telefonische dienstverlening te waarborgen; • Medewerkers te voorzien van een stabiele, veilige en goed beheerbare telefonie- en Con-tact Center Platform; • Bij te dragen aan een optimale bereikbaarheid voor inwoners, ondernemers, partners en medewerkers; • Voldoende flexibiliteit te bieden om toekomstige ontwikkelingen op het gebied van dienstverlening, wet- en regelgeving en technologie te ondersteunen. De beoogde overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiële periode van vier (4) jaar. Daarna is de overeenkomst onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden eenzijdig door Opdrachtgever achtereenvol-gens twee (2) keer te verlengen met telkens een periode van één (1) jaar. De overeenkomst kent daarmee een maximale looptijd van zes (6) jaar. Er gelden diverse prijsplafonds welke te vinden zijn in de Aanbestedingsdocumenten.
