Le présent accord-cadre est un accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre multi-attributaires, permettant de confier aux prestataires retenus, la totalité (ou partie) de missions d'études et de maîtrise d'oeuvre, dans le but de réaliser les travaux d'investissement sur les ouvrages relevant des compétences de la Commune de Montfermeil. Sont exclus du périmètre de l'accord-cadre, les prestations suivantes : - Les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre dont le forfait de rémunération est estimé à plus 300 000 Euros HT et/ou relevant d'une procédure de concours. - Les missions de programmation, - Les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour lesquelles le pouvoir adjudicateur souhaite s'adjoindre des compétences non présentes dans les équipes titulaires de l'accord-cadre.
