Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur avant-projet sommaire. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Inauguré en 1989, le lycée présente aujourd'hui des défaillances techniques : isolation thermique, acoustique (salle de musique notamment) et des problèmes importants d'infiltrations. De fait, il n'est plus adapté aux besoins depuis de nombreuses années . Pour répondre à ces problématiques, la Région Centre Val De Loire engage une première phase opérationnelle pour la restructuration du lycée Duhamel Du Monceau. Elle portera formalisation d'un ensemble fonctionnel Logistique/Restauration, intégrant la démolition/reconstruction du bâtiment restauration et le repositionnement du pôle médico-social au sein du bâtiment principal. Le projet comprendra également l'aménagement d'une cour végétalisée et d'une aire de stationnement en lieu et place de l'ancien bâtiment restauration, permettant de retrouver une respiration en coeur de site.
