La présente consultation a pour objet la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation de 104 logements locatifs sociaux collectifs à la résidence « SACRE COEUR ». La résidence se trouve rue Danton et rue Daniel dans le centre de Sète, elle est bordée par des habitations résidentielles types immeubles collectifs ou maisons individuelles. Son accès est relativement facile mais les rues restent étroites par endroit. Composée de plusieurs entrées (une dizaine) chacune sécurisée, la résidence est composée d'un parking intérieur de plusieurs places de stationnements et de garages. La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre attribuée à l'issue de la procédure porte sur une opération de réhabilitation de bâtiment. Elle comprend les études d'avant-projet sommaire et définitif (APS et APD), les études de projet (PRO), l'assistance pour la passation des marchés de travaux (ACT), les études d'exécution (EXE), la direction de l'exécution des marchés de travaux (DET), l'assistance aux opérations de réception et pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement (AOR), ainsi que l'ordonnancement, le pilotage et la coordination du chantier (OPC). Les études d'exécution étant confiées au maître d'oeuvre, l'élément de mission VISA est sans objet. Les études de diagnostic ne font pas partie de la présente mission ; elles font l'objet d'un marché distinct dans les conditions précisées à l'article 5.6 du RC.
