Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Réalisation de diagnostics de réduction de la vulnérabilité face au risque inondation de l'habitat, accompagnement au montage et suivi des dossiers de financements et autres actions pour atteindre les objectifs et déployer le dispositif, notamment en terme de communication (information continue, sensibilisation, envois de courriers, organisation de réunion publique, animations, etc.) Les missions principales détaillées sont les suivantes : - Sensibiliser et informer la population sur le risque d'inondation et sur les mesures de protection existantes, - Établir les diagnostics des habitations, immeubles de logements et annexes pour le compte des propriétaires bailleurs et occupant ou des gestionnaires de biens collectifs en définissant la vulnérabilité de l'habitat et proposer des mesures de mitigation adaptées, établir le Plan Individuel de Mise en Sûreté, - Conseiller et accompagner les propriétaires souhaitant s'engager dans la réalisation des travaux (devis, montage des dossiers de demande de subvention, etc.), - Suivre et évaluer le programme. - Missions complémentaires : recherche pour la mise en place d'un montage technico-financier dans l'objectif d'étudier une stratégie pour mettre en place l'avance de frais, actualisation de diagnostics bâtiments communaux, accompagnement au montage de dossier pour la procédure de délocalisation amiable
