L’étude vise quatre objectifs stratégiques : - Établir un plan guide de végétalisation et d’aménagement résilient et concerté pour intégrer le changement climatique dans les opérations d’aménagement urbain, et sélectionner une vingtaine de sites à traiter prioritairement sur le territoire. Ce plan guide sera élaboré en parallèle et en articulation avec la révision du PLU en cours et dont le renforcement, la protection et la mise en valeur de la nature en ville, y compris sur les espaces privés, constitue un enjeu et un axe de travail majeur. - Établir ce plan guide de façon participative en associant largement les citoyens de toute la ville. - Intégrer dans l’étude le projet municipal « places communes », visant à réinventer les espaces publics et la vie de quartier en favorisant la participation citoyenne, l’aménagement urbain, et la végétalisation partagée. - Mettre en place, à l'échelle de l'ensemble de la ville, une stratégie foncière et technique et coordonner la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des propositions auprès de la ville. Le présent marché n'est pas alloti conformément aux motifs indiqués au règlement de la consultation, accessible dans le dossier de la consultation. Dans le cadre de cette consultation, la ville de Nîmes agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur.
