PRESTATIONS DE SECURITE DANS LES PARCS DE STATIONNEMENT GERES PAR CITEDIA METROPOLE A RENNES, TELESURVEILLANCE, INTERVENTIONS SUR ALARMES, SURVEILLANCE POSTEE ET RONDES DE SECURITE – 2 LOTS La consultation est divisée en 2 lots. LOT N°1 : Prestations de télésurveillance incendie, intrusion et technique, supervision, assistance, rondes et interventions LOT N°2 : Prestations de sécurité, mise en place d’agents de sécurité posté Le Lot n°1 est traité à prix global et forfaitaire. Le Lot n°2 donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum annuel en valeur de 200 000 € H.T. Durée 12 mois à compter du 01/01/2027 avec possibilité de 3 reconductions d'une durée identique. Les candidats pourront répondre à un ou plusieurs lots, chaque lot faisant l’objet d’un Marché distinct. Le Lot n°2 comporte une obligation de reprise de personnel. Aucune variante n’est autorisée. La consultation ne comporte pas de P.S.E. (option). Visite obligatoire des sites organisée le 7 Octobre 2026 à 09H00 (voir modalités de la visite dans le règlement de la consultation).
