Le présent marché concerne la souscription et la gestion de contrats d'assurances pour la SPL Chartres Métropole Energies incluant deux lots : Dommages aux biens (Lot 1) et Responsabilité civile (Lot 2). Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un marché séparé et peut être attribué ensemble ou séparément. Une variante est imposée pour le lot 1 et concerne le niveau de franchise générale demandé.
