La présente consultation concerne l'entretien, la maintenance préventive, conditionnelle, prédictive et corrective, le dépannage, la désincarcération, la Garantie Totale ainsi que les travaux de réparation et de modernisation des ascenseurs et équipements assimiles du patrimoine de Toulon Habitat Méditerranée (THM) pour la période 2027 à 2030. Le marché est un marché de services assorti d'une obligation de résultats. Les exigences techniques, niveaux de service, indicateurs de performance, obligations de traçabilité et modalités de prise en compte de la criticité sont définis au CCTP et dans ses annexes. Le présent marché est un marché mixte comprenant, d'une part, des prestations forfaitaires permanentes et, d'autre part, un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour les travaux et prestations ponctuelles non compris dans les forfaits. La part à commande est conclue avec un montant minimum de 800 000 euros HT / an et avec un montant maximum de 3 200 000 euros HT/an, conformément aux dispositions de l'article R 2162-4-1 du Code de la Commande Publique.
