What the buyer is looking for
The project concerns the replacement of a factory-mounted air-cooled chiller with industrial application, installed on the roof of a hospital in operation. The installation concerns a unit with a cooling capacity of approximately 600 kW, intended for comfort and process cooling, with connection to the existing circuit. The assignment includes the dismantling and removal of the existing chiller, the delivery and installation of a new air-cooled unit with sound enclosure, and the full commissioning and integration into the existing installation. Particular attention shall be paid to: • acoustic performance in a noise sensitive environment; • reliability and continuity of cooling in a hospital context; • implementation at roof level, with attention to planning, logistics and safety. The contract will be awarded through a competitive procedure with negotiation. In a subsequent phase, the complete order file, including technical and contractual provisions, will be made available to the selected parties.
