What the buyer is looking for
The assignment includes the daily and periodic maintenance of the offices of Solidaris East Flanders. Washing the windows, window frames and cleaning the signboards are also among the services requested. The assignment contains 23 sites where the cleaning is outsourced to the contractor. For these offices, the contractor provides a fixed cleaning program. In addition, a further 13 offices are attached, where cleaning is possible on demand. These are currently being cleaned in-house by the client. The contractor can be called upon, for example, to replace a staff member of the client.
