Korjausilmoituksella 15.9.2026 hankintayksikkö on tarkentanut yritysreferenssien soveltuvuusvaatimuksia. Muita muutoksia hankintailmoitukseen ei korjausilmoituksella tehty. Hankinta käsittää Kaivokselan koulun perusparannus –hankkeen rakennusurakan / pääurakan työt urakkalaskenta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Työt tehdään tilaajan laadituttamien suunnitelmien mukaan. Rakennusurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana. Tilaaja hankkii pääurakkaan alistettavina sivu-urakoina: putki-, ilmanvaihto-, sähkö- ja rakennusautomaatiourakat. Rakennusurakoitsija toimii myös urakan ajan kohteen päätoteuttajana sekä työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista vastaavana urakoitsijana. Urakkakilpailu toteutetaan avoimella menettelyllä. Tilaaja on tarjouspyynnössä määrittänyt tarjoajalta vaadittavat kelpoisuus- /soveltuvuusehdot. Halvimman (vertailuhinta) tarjouksen antanut kelpoisuusehdot täyttävä urakoitsija valitaan pääurakoitsijaksi. Vuonna 1966 valmistuneeseen koulurakennukseen tehdään sisäpuolinen peruskorjaus ja kohteen piha-alueelle tehdään muutoksia. Isoimpina muutoksia pintarakenteiden uusimisien lisäksi ovat mm. ruokasalin ja keittiön uusiminen toiseen sijaintiin rakennuksessa, kahden hissin rakentaminen, katolla olevien IV-konehuoneiden laajennukset koneineen sekä alapohjarakenteiden uusimiset suunnitelmien mukaan ja purunpoistotilan laajennus.
