Finnvedsbostäder AB inbjuder till anbudsgivning avseende avtal för säkerhetstjänster. Värnamo kommun är den som endast administrerar och annonserar upphandlingen för Finnvedsbostäder AB. Uppdraget omfattar säkerhetstjänster som beställs löpande inom Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Uppdraget avser främst service, felsökning, reparation, utbyte, programmering, driftsättning, behörighetsadministration och underhåll av: • Mekaniska låssystem • iLOQ och andra digitala låssystem • Passersystem • Porttelefoni • Tvättstugebokningssystem • Brandlarm • Utrymningslarm Arbetet omfattar såväl planerat som oplanerat underhåll. Uppdraget omfattar även leverans av material, produkter, komponenter, licenser och abonnemang som krävs för uppdragets genomförande. Upphandlingens beräknade värde: SEK 12 miljoner Upphandlingens maximala värde (takvolym): SEK 15 miljoner Ingen specifik volym garanteras. Om takvolymen uppnås har ramavtalen inte längre någon verkan.
