1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego autobusu niskoemisyjnego wraz z budową infrastruktury towarzyszącej w ramach projektu „Rozwój zrównoważonej mobilności w Gminie Września". 2. Podstawowe parametry techniczne autobusu planowanego do zakupu: - długość pojazdu: od 8 m do 11 m; - liczba miejsc do przewozu pasażerów: min. 19 miejsc siedzących przy min. 47 miejscach ogółem; - dwoje drzwi w układzie 1-2-0, lub 2-2-0 sterowane elektryczne, - silnik elektryczny o mocy min. 140 kW, - magazyn baterii o pojemności min. 190 kWh; - ładowanie magazynu energii systemem plug-in, - układ hamulcowy pneumatyczny dwuobwodowy, nadciśnieniowy z automatyczną regulacją luzów hamulce tarczowe na obu osiach, - niska podłoga od przodu autobusu aż za drugie drzwi, pierwsze i drugie drzwi bezstopniowe, - nadwozie samonośne zabezpieczone przeciw korozji; - kabina kierowcy wydzielona, typu zamkniętego, - system informacji pasażerskiej: elektroniczne tablice zewnętrzne diodowe, dodatkowy monitor LCD zamontowany pod sufitem w przedniej części autobusu, system głosowej informacji pasażerskiej dla osób niedowidzących / niewidzących, - system monitoringu wizyjnego składający się z kamer śledzących obraz wnętrza pojazdu, kamer zewnętrznych, wyświetlacza LCD umieszczonego w kabinie kierowcy oraz rejestratora cyfrowego, - bezobsługowy router zapewniający co najmniej 5 osobom dostęp do bezpłatnej sieci Wi-Fi. 3.
