1.Przedmiotem zamówienia są prace polegające na opróżnianiu czteromodułowych koszy do segregacji odpadów (szkło, metale i tworzywa sztuczne, papier, BIO). 2. Zamówienie podzielone jest na 2 części: Część I – 50 czteromodułowych koszy, dzielnice: Bemowo, Bielany, Praga Południe, Praga Północ, Rembertów, Targówek, Wawer, Wola, Żoliborz, Część II - 50 czteromodułowych koszy dzielnice: Mokotów, Ochota, Śródmieście, Ursynów, Wesoła. 3. Szczegółowe warunki związane z zatrudnieniem pracowników w oparciu o umowę o pracę określa załącznik nr 4 do wzoru umowy. 4. Szczegółowy opis oraz standardy jakościowe istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią załącznik nr 2 do wzoru umowy. 5. Zakres prac określą załączniki nr 1/I i 1/ II do wzoru umowy (w zależności od części, na którą składana jest oferta). 6. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 7. Kosztorysy stanowią załączniki 1/I- 1/II do SWZ.
