Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: - świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania stałych odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Gminy Kłaj, - odbiór raz w roku tzw. odpadów wielkogabarytowych, - zapewnienie właścicielom nieruchomości worków na odpady zbierane selektywnie (papier, tworzywa sztuczne, szkło i bioodpady), - przygotowanie wraz z kontynuacją do roku poprzedniego terminów wywozu odpadów i dostarczenie do mieszkańców ,,Harmonogramów wywozu odpadów", - wykonywanie sprawozdawczości – raporty miesięczne.
