Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: Wykonawca przygotowuje (gotuje) we własnej kuchni posiłki dla pacjentów ZOZ w Pińczowie, dostarcza je we własnym zakresie do ZOZ w Pińczowie, a następnie odbiera od Zamawiającego pojemniki, w których dostarczane jest jedzenie – to wszystko zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami dotyczącymi żywienia osób przebywających w zakładach opieki zdrowotnej. Zaopatrzenie Szpitala w posiłki o odpowiedniej godzinie i „środkiem transportu, spełniającym normy sanitarne”. Realizacja zamówienia odbywać się będzie w systemie ciągłym (7 dni w tygodniu), obejmującym pracę w soboty, niedziele i dni świąteczne. Pomieszczenie przeznaczone pod catering 120 m2.
