Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz szacowane ilości dotyczące wyrobów zostały zawarte w formularzu cen jednostkowych. 3. Zamawiający wymaga zaoferowania - produktów leczniczych zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 6 września 2001 r. Prawo farmaceutyczne (Dz. U. 2001.126.1381 ze zm.) - w zakresie zadań i pozycji wskazanych w SWZ. - wyrobów medycznych w rozumieniu Ustawy o wyrobach medycznych (Dz.U. 2024.1620 z późn.zm.) wprowadzonych do obrotu i używania na terytorium RP zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami- w zakresie zadań i pozycji wskazanych w SWZ. 4.
