Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy artykułów żywnościowych użytku bieżącego dla 31 WOG Zgierz oraz Przedszkoli Wojskowych nr 129 Nowy Glinnik i nr 147 Leźnica Wielka na rok 2027. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Rodzaj, ilości zamawianego asortymentu do poszczególnych odbiorców określa Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ – Formularz cenowy. W kolumnie 4 Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wskazania jednej z gramatur z kolumny 3. Nie wypełnienie prawidłowej gramatury w kol. 4 będzie skutkowało odrzuceniem oferty na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt) 5 ustawy PZP. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie wytworzony i dostarczony zgodnie z wymaganiami wskazanymi przez Zamawiającego w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
