… 214(1)(7) of the PPL. 8. Certification of contractors in accordance with the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors, in conjunction with Art. 2 of PPL 9. In a procurement procedure, an economic operator may submit, instead of appropriate subjective means of proof, a certificate confirming the award of certification to public procurement contractors in the scope referred to in Article 3(1)(b) and (c) as appropriate. 2 points 1 or 2 of the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors: a) The certificate replaces the subjective means of proof only to the extent of the circumstances covered by it. b) If the certificate covers only part of the required circumstances, the contractor shall submit other subjective means of proof regarding the circumstances not covered by the certification. c) The contracting authority does not require the possession of a certificate. The absence of a certificate shall not constitute grounds for exclusion of the contractor or rejection of the tender.
